The breakfast buffet was very nice! It included a vast selection of options. The rooms are super clean. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station. Getting around was easy. I suggest dinner on the restaurant's back patio (the atmosphere is fantastic!).
I noticed a minor delay at check-in. (It was quickly resolved).

I found the complimentary shuttle service to the city center quite convenient, it eased my travel. the executive lounge access proved beneficial, offering a calm space with attentive staff. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of my room. the turndown service was a nice touch. It added to the experience.
The gym became quite busy during peak hours, it limited equipment availability. I had to adjust my workout times.

The staff was helpful. They addressed my passport situation. I felt valued . I also enjoyed drinks at the bar. The hotel has frequent shuttle service to the city center. The location is further out than other hotels. The breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes.
The indoor pool felt cold. We could not swim comfortably.

delicious dish attentive server clean venue
I liked evra restaurant at the hotel. Every dish was delicious. marta, our server, was very attentive. the breakfast offered many options, and i give thanks to the pianist. the venue was very clean.

I was disappointed with the executive lounge. the food selection seemed to be mostly leftovers from breakfast. It did not feel fresh. drink options were limited to beer, wine, and sparkling wine. Cocktails cost extra. the lounge did not justify its cost.

the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the city center. it ran every 30 minutes, very convenient. the breakfast buffet featured many options (i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries).
the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. i sometimes waited several minutes for one to arrive.

I spent three nights at this hotel. I had dinner at the Erva restaurant. This place offers tasty, traditional Portuguese food. The prices include a service charge. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the city center. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The Beautiful King Room City View was a good size. It included fancy buttons on the walls. These buttons controlled the 'do not disturb' and 'please clean the room' settings. There were bottles of water left each day.
